Cancellation Timeline Refund on Advance Payment
>21 days before check-in 90% refund
15–21 days before check-in 50% refund
7–14 days before check-in 25% refund
>7 days before check-in No refund
No-show or early departure No refund
Refund Processing Time Within 10 business days after receiving a written cancellation request.
Force Majeure (Road Blocks, Natural Disasters, Govt. Restrictions) Option to reschedule or receive a credit voucher (subject to availability & within the same season).
Rescheduling Policy Allowed if requested at least 21 days before check-in.
Long-Held Bookings For bookings where rooms have been held for over 30 days in advance, if a cancellation arises, the advance may be adjusted against a future booking, subject to availability.
